Femi Fani-Kayode has thanked Bola Ahmed Tinubu for serving as Nigeria’s ambassador to Germany.
Along with thanking God, Fani-Kayode expressed gratitude to the president for what he called the honor of serving the nation in a diplomatic capacity.
“I give God the glory for my posting as Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, and I thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for this great honor that he has bestowed upon me,” he wrote on X.
“I really feel humbled. I pray that God would lead, guide, and prepare me for this new role. He will also watch over, bless, and protect Nigeria, my dear homeland, forever.
He went on to say that the position humbled him and that he prayed for divine direction as he was ready to take on the new task.
Additionally, Fani-Kayode prayed for Nigeria’s protection, blessings, and peace.
