Success Jack, the Chairman of the NDC in Rivers State, who confirmed that Blessing Fubara is one of its governorship aspirants, could also not confirm if he is related to the incumbent Governor.

“Yes, he (Blessing Fubara Snr) got the expression of interest form yesterday in Abuja, and we are ready and still preparing to win not only governorship election but all the elections in Rivers State in the 2027 general election,” he said.

Blessing Fubara, who defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the NDC about two weeks ago, was recalled.
