Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the former governor of Osun State, has called on Nigerians to vote the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in order to install a decent administration that will put an end to insecurity and banditry.

Speaking at his Ifofin Ward 8, Ilesa East, Osun State, upon the revalidation of his party membership, Aregbesola stated that if the party is elected to power in 2027, it will take the required actions to put a stop to banditry and resolve the country’s issues.

The ADC’s National Secretary, Aregbesola, made this statement following his participation in the party’s ongoing “membership renewal” initiative.

Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola choose ADC as his new party because it encourages integrity and discipline, according to a statement released by Oluwaseun Abosede, Chairman of the Directorate of Media and Publicity.

“Ogbeni (Aregbesola) praised the committee’s efforts and called on all Nigerians to join us in establishing a good government that will put an end to banditry, insecurity, and incidents such as the one that happened in Kwara State, where some unknown gunmen attacked a church, killing some members and kidnapping others.”

He explained to the populace that ADC as a party did not appear out of thin air, but he made the decision to gradually advance with the group that has made character, bravery, competence, discipline, and integrity the cornerstones of their institutional behavior and political involvement in support of the Nigerian people. This is the party that will guide Nigeria out of its present predicament. Oluwaseun spoke.

The Membership Registration and Revalidation Committee’s Secretary, Alhaji Sodiq Yaradua, led the committee’s other members to Ilesa to begin the registration and revalidation process.

In order to avoid duplication and guarantee integrity, he pointed out that the new ADC membership card has twelve sophisticated security elements.

“Aregbesola is the first person to be revalidated in Nigeria under the new ADC system,” he said, encouraging party members to sign up in their individual wards.

In order to guarantee a smooth experience for both new and existing members, he also revealed that an online platform for membership registration will soon be made available.

“Ogbeni was subsequently revalidated as an ADC member by Hon. Kamil Akinlade Mudashir, Osun State Chairman, ADC Membership Mobilization, Revalidation & Registration Committee,” the statement continued.
