On Thursday, Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus celebrated her birthday by reflecting on a difficult period of her life.
She reportedly disclosed that her health issue started in 2022 after medical professionals determined she had a brain tumor.
She claimed that before she recovered, the sickness crippled her, depleted her savings, and almost killed her.
She described it as a terrifying experience that she would never want for anyone.
She said thanks to God for saving her life and giving her strength back.
She went on to say that she is now well enough to celebrate another year.
The actress also conveyed her sincere gratitude to everyone who helped her throughout difficult times, stating that she is unable to name them all but is still appreciative.
In addition, Bisola expressed gratitude to her family, friends, coworkers, and most importantly, her son Abdul Malik, who she said supported her through the most trying times.
In order to raise him well and enjoy life with him, she hoped for a long life.
She acknowledged that she had suffered a great deal over the course of therapy, but she was grateful that her life had been saved as she rejoiced.
She invited her followers to join her in giving thanks to God, describing herself as a living example.
She had previously acknowledged how much she had suffered and uploaded a picture from her treatment days while counting down to her birthday.
She insisted that her survival was evidence of divine intervention.
