Salvation Ministry Pastor Ibiyomie has talked about how Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), was purportedly given spiritual assistance to become the Governor of Rivers State.
Ibiyomie stated that he met Wike just before he was going to lose his election in court while giving a sermon at the church’s headquarters in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State.
The pastor stated, “Wike lost in the High Court, lost in the Appeal Court, and judgement was already passed in the Supreme Court against him not to be governor,” in a video clip that has gone viral.
When I contacted him in Israel, he was trembling, but I reassured him that he shouldn’t be afraid.
When I promised him that God will intervene, he answered, “Papa, I believe you; we were doing five nights of glory while he was in the PDP and the APC was in power. Wike approached me on Tuesday following the program; the verdict was scheduled to be made public on Friday.
“I informed him that I would order the judgment to be reversed even if it was against you. Due to his membership in the opposition party at the time, he never had any money.
“Papa, I knew this is God,” he exclaimed as the situation completely changed in his favor. The only priest invited to his Thanksgiving was me.
Additionally, Pastor Ibiyomie asserted that Wike visited with him at a time when his chances of winning reelection appeared slim.
“The second time he came, he was to lose the election,” he declared. They had already planned his defeat, and someone approached me and said, “You prayed for Wike; we’ll see how he wins.”
While Mike was trembling, I made a commitment with God. I gave God millions on Wike’s behalf, but I kept it a secret from him.
“I said Lord, for my sake, not for his sake,” he continued.
