Following the publication of a video by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) that showed Nafiu Bala present at the inauguration of David Mark as the party’s interim national chairman at Abuja’s Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Center, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has faced criticism.
According to reports, ADC stated that INEC representatives were present at the event in the video posted on 𝕏.
Bala was also spotted sitting close to important individuals, including as Kenneth Okonkwo and Senator Ishaku Abbo.

Since then, the video has elicited conflicting responses and anger from many Nigerians, particularly in light of INEC’s recent rejection of Mark and Rauf Aregbesola as the ADC’s National Chairman and Secretary. @JADEWORLD commented, “[inecnigeria You are obviously no longer a nonpartisan organization in light of this information. The fact that INEC has been turned to the APC’s agent of confusion and destruction is utterly shameful.
