A past presidential candidate has reportedly consented to run for vice president in the 2027 election, according to Festus Keyamo, Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development.
According to Naija News, Keyamo announced this in a post via 𝕏, emphasizing that the former presidential candidate is going through a difficult time.
Keyamo went on to say that the candidate is aware that an opposition party’s primary election has already taken place.
The Minister claims that in order to mislead his followers about why he agreed to run for vice president, the former presidential candidate wrote and destroyed a number of comments.
“Finally, the chicken is coming home to roost,” he wrote. “I understand that someone, somewhere has drafted and redrafted the statement he will release to hoodwink his “supporters” on why he has accepted to be a vice presidential candidate after a primaries that he knows have long since concluded.” He has penned and destroyed numerous drafts that contain the typical nonsense, such as “my desire to rescue Nigeria,” and so on. We are thrilled about the possibility of exposing a real turncoat and a fraud in the upcoming campaigns, even though it is a difficult one for him.
