‘My Heart Bleeds,’ Jigawa Governor’s Wife Speaks on Abduction of 25 Kebbi Schoolgirls

The kidnapping of 25 schoolgirls from Government Girls’ Comprehensive Secondary School in Maga, Kebbi State, has deeply alarmed Hajia Amina Umar Namadi, the wife of Jigawa State Governor.

In response to the event, Mrs. Namadi posted the remark on her official Facebook site.

Breaking: Nnamdi Kanu is ordered to leave the courtroom by a judge.
“My heart aches for the families of the 25 schoolgirls abducted from Government Girls’ Comprehensive Secondary School in Maga, Kebbi State,” she said.

According to her, the incident is an extremely terrible catastrophe that targets innocent lives, education, and public hope.

“I stand in solidarity with our country, Kebbi State, and the parents and relatives of the kidnapped girls. I fervently ask Allah for these students’ safe and prompt return.

“I also lament the passing of Brigadier General Musa Uba, a valiant soldier who gave his life defending our nation. May Allah grant him Jannah and provide solace to his family in this trying time.

“Let’s unite, assist our communities, and insist that our children are always protected.”

She prayed for Allah (SWA) to provide consolation to those in pain, protect and lead the girls, punish the offenders, and honor the deceased general for his sacrifice.
