Senator Stella Oduah, the former Minister of Aviation, was charged with N5 billion corruption by the Federal Government on Wednesday in the Federal Capital Territory High Court.

Prince Lateef Fagbemi, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, tried her on five counts of advance fee fraud and conspiracy.

In one of the counts, Stella Oduah was charged with collecting N2.4 billion from the Federal Ministry of Aviation through Broad Waters Resources under false pretenses.
