In advance of its March 27 National Convention, the All Progressives Congress (APC) says it has scheduled Tuesday, March 24, for the screening of candidates for its national posts.
Alhaji Isa Yuguda, the secretary of the party’s Aspirants’ Screening Committee, announced that the exercise would take place at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel on Sunday in Abuja.
Former Bauchi State Governor Yuguda stated that all candidates who had bought and turned in their Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms had to show up in person.
In order to speed up the verification process, he continued, candidates were asked to appear early at the location with all pertinent supporting documentation.
