Clement Jimbo, a member of the House of Representatives who represents the Abak/Etim Ekpo/Ika federal constituency, has claimed that Peter Obi, the previous Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, is incapable of winning any elections in Nigeria.

According to reports, Jimbo discussed Peter Obi’s partnership with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition during an appearance with Cable News.

He claims that Peter Obi is working to prevent him from winning any Nigerian elections, pointing to his history of defections and his incapacity to remain in one political party long enough to develop and solidify.

He reiterated that Peter Obi is merely making noise and cannot win any election, claiming that many of his fans only exist online and are unaware of their polling place.

As a matter of fact, he stated, “APC is not afraid of anyone.” I will use the biological concept that movement and growth are traits of living things, which I learned in biology class. You brought up Peter Obi; allow me to immediately address it.

Peter Obi has been on the go. What does that indicate? that he is still living. However, which way is he going? According to logic, you will never make it to a flight if you have one to catch at a specific time and you are not heading toward the airport.

Therefore, I can inform you that Mr. Peter Obi is not headed in the direction of winning any elections in this country.

“Let me be absolutely clear. Before settling with the ADC, he transitioned from the APGA to the PDP, then to the Labour Party. He has not continued to develop and solidify himself within a specific political party. You can guarantee yourself a specific amount of winning percentage if you are aware of your home’s stability percentage. This is really useful.

Since there was no Labour Party agent in my Abak Urban Ward 1 unit, I challenged Peter Obi to identify one on whatever platform. You must have agents spread throughout the more than 8,000 voting places if you are a political figure or a party candidate hoping to win an election. However, he is unable to meet that. This indicates that the audience he says he has is suspended in midair.

“I’d also like to challenge Peter Obi and the majority of his social media-active supporters. How many of them are familiar with their polling places? Social media is not used for elections. How many of them cast ballots? They had difficulties as a result when the court requested copies of the results. Peter Obi is merely creating noise, then. In Nigeria, he is unable to win any elections.

Take a look at the members of the APC. In the north, the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) was led by the late President Muhammadu Buhari. He remained in his party and ran for office three times in a row, both during and outside of the season. He never switched to a different party. He was aware of the sacrifice and dedication required to establish a political party.
