On Monday, a four-story building that housed a school in the Ogba district collapsed minutes after the students and instructors had left, narrowly avoiding tragedy.
Less than three minutes after staff and students were evacuated, the building was reported to have collapsed around midday.
The structure is situated in Ogba’s Aguda neighborhood at 11 Adudatu Street, behind County Hospital.
According to reports, there have been building collapses in Lagos recently.
As of the filing of this story, the reason of the collapse has not yet been determined.
