Former lawmaker, Senator Dino Melaye, has expressed optimism that Nigeria would experience a positive rebirth through the 2027 general elections.
This was contained in a terse post on the official facebook page of Dino, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
He said the country will survive the alleged maladministration of the All Progressives Congress, APC led by President Bola Tinubu, in the next election.
He urged Nigerians to get on the train that leads to what he described as a new Nigeria.
“Nigeria will outlive APC. A new Nigeria is on the way. Join the New Nigeria train”, the former legislator wrote.
Dino Melaye was said to be a loyalist of the ADC’s frontline presidential aspirant, Atiku Abubakar.
The leaders of the opposition in the defunct coalition have fallen apart, yet both feel a new Nigeria is achievable in 2027.
