Diddy’s Health Becomes Concern After Reported Hospital Visit In New Jersey Prison

Concern has reportedly emerged over the health of American music star Sean “Diddy” Combs after reports that he was taken to a hospital following a head injury while serving his prison sentence in New Jersey.

The report, published by TMZ, stated that Combs was taken for medical attention on Saturday, October 10, after sustaining an injury described as non-life-threatening.

According to the publication, the rapper was conscious and speaking before being taken for treatment. However, the cause of the injury and other details surrounding the incident remain unclear.

A representative for Combs told the Los Angeles Times that efforts were underway to establish what happened.

The representative said the rapper’s health and well-being were the immediate concern and expressed appreciation to those who had reached out following the reports.

A spokesperson for the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, where Combs is incarcerated, reportedly declined to comment on the situation.

The reported hospital visit comes as the entertainer continues to face public scrutiny over allegations concerning his treatment in prison.

On October 2, the Los Angeles Times reported allegations cited by NBC News from four anonymous inmates, who claimed that Combs paid fellow prisoners to cook and clean for him.

The report also alleged that he had access to a contraband mobile phone and an illegal supply of alcohol. His representative rejected the intense focus on his prison routine, arguing that ordinary aspects of incarceration were being exaggerated in media coverage.

Separately, Combs’ projected release date reportedly moved from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ inmate database cited by the newspaper.

The rapper is serving a 50-month sentence following his July 2025 conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. The jury acquitted him of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.

His legal team has challenged both the conviction and sentence through an appeal.

As of the latest reports, the appeal remained pending, while no further verified details about the alleged head injury had been released publicly.

The circumstances surrounding the reported hospital visit remain unclear.
