Nollywood actress, Lizzy Anjorin, has dismissed the court action filed against her by actress, Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla Ojo, saying the case will not stand.
Anjorin, reacting to the development in an Instagram Live session, said the case was dead on arrival.
She also questioned the decision to put copies of court papers and an alleged petition on social media before they were allegedly served on her.
Your case will be on arrival. If you put court letter on any platform before serving the person you want to serve, that court case is a fake court case.
“I don’t want to hear that, Lizzy Anjorin locked Priscilla in prison oh,” she said.
The actress also condemned the alleged posting of the petition online and expressed her surprise at how the case was being handled.
“They’ve petitioned us oh. Dem don run go petition Lizzy. “If no be madness, posting petition letter on social media,” she added. “They are no longer going to court.
Anjorin had been ordered by a Lagos State High Court to stop posting or sharing photos of Priscilla Ojo and Rakeem Mkambala, the son of Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, on social media.
An interim order was granted on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026 after an application was filed by Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, her husband, Juma Mussa Mkambala and their son, Rakeem.
The court ordered Anjorin to refrain from posting, uploading, circulating or broadcasting photographs of the child on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
She was also barred from publishing or posting editorials, videos and other material about Priscilla, Juma and their son on her social media accounts.
The order targets a number of social media accounts allegedly connected to Anjorin, including accounts that use variations of her name, as well as other accounts allegedly used to post content connected to her.
The proceedings were ex parte, meaning that the application was heard by the court without Anjorin’s presence or opportunity to respond at that stage.
The order is an interim order and shall continue to be in force until the hearing and determination of the main application by the court.
The Court ordered that the case file be returned to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for re-allocation to the proper division.
Priscilla had previously made the development public after posting copies of the court order to her Instagram Story on Friday.
