Controversial Nigerian singer, Speed Darlington has predicted that the second term under President Bola Tinubu’s administration will be hellfire for Nigerians.
Speed Darlington was said to have made the statement in a video posted on his Instagram page on Wednesday, while condemning Tinubu’s second term ambition.
The singer also blamed President Tinubu’s re-election bid on the country’s economy and the rising insecurity in Nigeria.
But Darlington questioned Tinubu’s achievements since he took over in 2023, bemoaning policy failures, structural failures, economic mismanagement and worsening insecurity.
“You are here breaking your neck to become the next President of Nigeria but you are not qualified to be the President again, he said. Your first term we know already that your second term is going to be hell fire.
“The first thing you did when you came to the office in 2023 was to remove the subsidy, knowing very well that everything about Nigerian life is attached to petroleum. Offering those in the oil section thousands of reasons to pump up fuel price knowing full well that Nigerians are naturally greedy. Just tell me what makes you fit to serve a second term?
‘’You don’t qualify again, You don’t know the job. “You haven’t done anything about the rising insecurity across Nigeria.”
