Actress Anita Joseph has vowed to keep her future romantic relationships off social media following her separation from estranged husband MC Fish, while insisting that she still believes marriage is a beautiful institution.
The Nollywood star shared her thoughts during a conversation with fellow actresses Sarah Martins and Eriata Ese in a viral video that has attracted attention online.
During the discussion, her colleagues asked about her failed marriage to Fisayo Olagunju, popularly known as MC Fish.
Responding, Anita clarified that her experience had not made her oppose marriage. She explained that the affectionate moments she previously shared online reflected her belief that partners should express love openly and make sacrifices for each other.
The actress recalled receiving complaints from people who felt she frequently displayed romantic moments with MC Fish on social media.
She maintained that showing affection was part of her understanding of marriage and that loving someone meant being willing to do things that made the person happy.
Sarah Martins subsequently reminded Anita of how MC Fish reportedly cleaned her leg during their marriage.

Reacting, Anita said she would no longer post a man online and jokingly instructed her friends to intervene if she changed her mind.
“If you see me posting, man, come and take my phone. Carry me come church,” she said.
She also stressed that she had never advised people against getting married, explaining that her views on love remained unchanged despite her personal experience.
Her comments come as public interest in the former couple’s separation continues, following recent allegations by MC Fish concerning the financial demands of their relationship.
MC Fish reportedly said he took loans and entered into financial agreements to maintain their lifestyle. He also rejected claims that Anita financially supported him throughout their marriage.
The entertainer further alleged that the expenses associated with their lifestyle affected his financial position and made claims about Anita’s standard of living following their separation.
The allegations have contributed to ongoing public conversations about the former couple’s relationship, but they remain claims attributed to MC Fish.
Anita’s latest remarks have meanwhile drawn attention to her decision to separate her future romantic life from her public image.
