The Inspector General of Police, Tunji Disu, has approved the appointment of the Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Isuku Victor as the new Force Public Relations Officer.

IGP Disu also approved the immediate redeployment of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Anthony Okon Placid to the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Abuja.

The high profile reshuffles were described as part of an administrative shake up in the Nigeria Police.

Prior to his latest appointment, Victor was the Officer-in-Charge of the Complaints Response Unit (CRU).

​The administrative changes were formally announced via a Police Wireless Message signed by the Force Secretary and dispatched to all relevant departments, commands and formations of the Nigeria Police Force across the country.
