President Bola Tinubu has commended All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Dotun Sanusi, for his unwavering loyalty to the party and sustained efforts to mobilise members and supporters towards securing victory in the forthcoming general election.
The President gave the commendation on Saturday while congratulating the Ibadan-born businessman and philanthropist on his birthday, acknowledging his contributions to the growth of the APC and his personal commitment to the party’s political aspirations.
In a congratulatory message issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu described Chief Sanusi as a dedicated party loyalist whose political engagements and grassroots mobilisation efforts have continued to support the party’s objectives.

The President noted that Sanusi had built a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry, having worked with multinational companies, including Halliburton, Saipem, Hanover and Beckfield, before establishing TNL Drilling Services, which has since recorded considerable growth.
He also acknowledged Sanusi’s investments in hospitality and sports development through Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort in Ibadan, Oyo State.
President Tinubu further commended the APC chieftain’s commitment to youth empowerment, particularly through the establishment of ICAST School and Ilaji Soccer Academy, which provide opportunities for young Nigerians to acquire skills and develop their sporting potential.
He observed that the soccer academy had created a platform for identifying and nurturing promising football talents, including opportunities for recruitment by clubs in Spain and Malta.
“I do not doubt that you are an exemplary son of Ibadan and indeed of Oyo State whose humility and kindness continue to be admired by everyone who meets you.
“I appreciate your invaluable contributions to our party and your unalloyed personal support,” President Tinubu said.
The Nigerian leader prayed for continued divine blessings upon the celebrant, wishing him good health, greater accomplishments and many more years of meaningful contributions to humanity.
“As you celebrate your birthday today, I pray that Almighty God will continue to grant you good health, greater accomplishments and many more fulfilling years of service to humanity,” he concluded.
